However I do not like that the bixby (what the TV voice control is called) randomly listens on to conversations even when turned off. It will show at the bottom of screen and say I didn't get that. When screen is completely off. Not a fan of listening in to everything. But as far as TV goes is difficult to set up takes about an hour to two to program.

Thank you for choosing the 75" Samsung QLED Q60R TV and bringing your concerns to our attention.
For better voice control, we recommend you to turn off the far field mic setting and use the mic button on the remote instead.
To stop Bixby from activating itself, please go thru the following steps to make sure the far field mic is turned off:
1. Short press the mic button on the remote to get the Bixby Settings page.
2. Go to Explore Now > Settings > Voice Wake-Up > Select Off

It has a great picture. It’s so clear that our dog gets confused when she sees another animal on tv. She thinks it’s in our house and barks like crazy. The sound is pretty good too, but we opted to use with a Samsung sound bar. Overall we are happy with our purchase.

So far no problems, picture is clear and the colors are vivid. The full array really makes a difference. Watching sports on it is definitely worth the upgrade and the sound is good. Haven’t played video games on it yet. The only thing is that this tv is heavy, make sure the get some help and the correct wall mount and hardware.

I was lucky that I had my remote for my old Samsung 50” plasma which works all the setup controls. I don’t like the bixby voice control and listens, who knows who else is listening, even if your not using. Picture is good. Has great contrast and color. Why Samsung had to give such a garbage remote is beyond me.

They were on time polite with masks on and brought in our new TV and Removed our broken 75” TV (purchased from elsewhere and different brand) within just a couple of minutes. So impressed! This Samsung TV is amazing and has all the things I wanted in a smart TV. This is our 2nd day and still finding more things to like about it. Picture is great!

We have replaced our 50" Samsung with this one in our living room and we love it. This is by far the best one yet! QLED is amazing and we are very happy with our purchase. Best Buy Geek Squad had excellent service in mounting the TV & programming it.
