    It is sad that a television that cost 1,500 on Black Friday and costs 1,300 today much less than Black Friday. And that with only 6 months of use from one moment to another it turned off and did not turn back on and that when I try to make the claim by calling and in live chat they do not give me a solution

    SAMSUNG 75” went Bad, only 18 months old.

    Bought a 75” SAMSUNG Tv new From Best Buy, it only lasted 18 months. Only had a 12 month factory warranty. Everything went black and no sound. Took to Tv repair shop. Screen went out, price to fix parts and labor was more then buying another tv. I highly recommend you buy the extend warranty. No matter what brand of TV you buy.

    Great TV if you don’t wanna watch sports all actual sports flutters it’s very slow poor qualityIf you buy this TV do not buy the 6.0 get the 8.0 or else you can’t watch any best action or sports television

      I am sorry that you are not satisfied with its motion image performance.
      Have you tried turning on Auto Motion Plus? It is a feature designed to eliminate blur and judder on an LED TV, specifically in fast moving images.

      Here is the step-by-step guide to change Auto Motion Plus settings:
      1) With the TV powered on, press the Home button on the Samsung remote to open the Home screen

      2) Then select Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > Auto Motion Plus
      Note: This option may not be visible initially. Continue scrolling through the Expert Settings Menu to locate Auto Motion Plus

      3) Then Select Auto Motion Plus again, and you will see the following three options:
      a) Off: Auto Motion Plus will always be off
      b) Auto: Auto Motion Plus will automatically activate and deactivate based on the type of program being watched
      c) Custom: Allows custom adjustments and settings to be used

      4) By selecting the Custom option, you can further access these advanced settings:
      a) Judder Reduction: Use the directional keys on the remote to adjust the Judder setting.
      b) LED Clear Motion: Select to turn On/Off

    I've had this TV for 1 year and 9 months. Although I enjoyed it during that time, unfortunately, all of a sudden vertical lines have now appeared on the screen. For the price point of this TV it is completely unacceptable for me to have to replace it this soon.

    Third morning after turning TV on bright white screen with different color pixelated stripes. Turned it off waited turned it back on still the same thing. Turned it off turned it back on, it worked. Immediately called the store spoke with rep, set up an exchange and return. That went flawlessly. I would not recommend buying.

    The TV does not work but we were unaware b/c we were installing at a project we built (that just got completed). Plugged it in and it does not work. Called customer service and they are not willing to replace; saying its too late (Time lapsed).

    Ours stopped working after 3 months. We came home from vacation to the screen flashing light. We had left it off, so somehow it stopped working while turned off. We tried everything, but it wouldn't turn off or come on; it only flashes light. Samsung is sending someone to repair. Best Buy won't do anything for us.

    DONT BUY. STOPPED WORKING after 13 months. Neither Samsung nor Best Buy are doing anything (even for an elite plus member). Most likely back light failure. Extremely disappointed. Never buying anything from either company (best buy or samsung)

    Product is malfunctioning after just one year. Exactly a week after manufacturer warranty expired on Nov 2020. Top left screen shoes a different color. Had to pay out of pocket to get a service done. Not happy. Not buying any Samsung products ever again!

    Absolute trash TV. For something this expensive, you’d think it would last longer than 16 months. LG is the way to go. My “lower tier” LG looks way cleaner than Samsung anyway.

    The LED panel failed at the 2 year mark. Unbelievable that Samsung can design a product that fails so fast and has zero responsibility. I would avoid Samsung at all cost.

    Within 2weeks of owning the QLED ive wanted. It already is having power cycling issues where it turns off and on by itself. Bad luck i hope because ive always liked samsung tvs
