Watching sports such as football or auto racing causes no distortion or smearing...we are very satisfied with this purchase...x

Good tv with an issue

The tv itself is great! Good picture. Only issue we have been having is that after watching our firestick, or playing on the Xbox, when you switch back to the tv it sometimes will only have sound, but no picture. It will only say “spectrum” on the blue background for the source. We called Samsung and they told us to unplug everything and plug them back in. This worked but we have now had to do this just about anytime we switch the source so it’s very annoying. I don’t understand why I would have to unplug everything just to switch from Xbox to tv or firestick to tv. May have to have Samsung make a home visit to investigate.

I am very sorry to see that you are having some issues when you switch back to TV/cable box.
So that we can better understand your setup -- i.e., if there a receiver between your TV and your sources -- I ask that you please contact Samsung TV Support again. From your review, it sounds like you are switching between the Firestick and Xbox with no problem, but switching to TV/Spectrum is the issue. It could be that the Spectrum box is going to sleep after watching another source for a while.
