    Miserable Experience

    I purchased this TV in June and and have spent more weeks waiting on Samsung to repair/replace than being able to use the thing. The first few weeks I had it were fine then the screen started flashing to black very rapidly. After several frustrating calls with their tech support a repair visit was scheduled. The recsheduled twice. Then I was told they needed to order a part which took several weeks and then a few more rounds of scheduled/canceled repair visits. Judging from the reviews I read when I purchased this, it seems to be a very isolated incident but Samsung's response has been practical joke level terrible and has turned me off from ever wanting to purchase another product from them.

    Awesome television and very user friendly. The speakers are louder than my old one but I plan to get some external speakers because sometimes i just isn't loud enough and I worry about turning up too loud cause I don't want to ruin them.

    Degusted and now need a new sound system

    I just purchased the 75Q60A today and installed it. I'm very happy with the TV and picture, however the sound is another story! I replaced my existing TV and was planning on using my existing Vizio sound system connected via the optical cable as before. When I did so, I discovered that the volume cannot be controlled through the TV when output is set to optical. Upon some initial searching, this seems to be a reported issue that Samsung has failed to remedy. I saw that connecting via Bluetooth instead of optical was a possibility, so I tried that. However, while you could now mute the volume you could not adjust it (louder\quieter.) I am now stuck with a TV I cannot return and a sound system, that will not work with the new TV. I am completely disgusted with this purchase and now have to apparently buy a new compatible sound system.

    No Manuals

    Just had a new Samsung TV delivered and set up by Best Buy, but there is no manual for anything, including the remote usage. I've gone to the Samsung web site and searched for a down loadable manual, but none exits for my model, which is QN75Q60AAFXZA. Where can I get the proper documentation?

You can download the Q60A TV's User Manual, e-Manual, Remote Control Leaflet, and Quick Setup Guide on Samsung's website by clicking "Support" > "Manuals & Software" > "TVs & Home Theater" > "TVs". From there, you can select the Q60A TV under "4K QLED TVs” > “A Model Lineup" and download the guides you would like. The e-Manual is also embedded into the TV itself under Settings > Support > Open e-Manual.

    Do not buy this product or warranty. They will not fix or replace the problem. I've been dealing with them for a month and still not fixed. You cannot find anyone that wants to help!

    Terrible picture quality and tons of Juttering

    I was extremely disappointed ☹️. I have always heard Samsung was the best but this one was the worst tv I have ever purchased. The picture was amazing for 1 minute and terrible the next. The jutter was Insane. I adjusted every setting possible and it got better but still did it a lot. When I returned the tv today there were 2 other people returning the Q60A series TVs at the same time. It may be a bad batch or bad processor batch but DO NOT BUY THIS TV. BEST BUY was awesome as usual but the TV was awful. My faith in Samsung is shaken at best. Ps it was not an internet speed issue
