Great TV. However there seems to be an issue when connecting the HDMI ARC out to sound bar. It defaults back to TV sound every day. Thus I had to trouble shoot the connection almost daily by deactivating and activating again. Otherwise, the quality of the pictures is great.

Beautiful , brilliant , extra large screen tv ! After looking at lots of reviews , and opinions , I purchased QLED (75") too replace my aging Samsung 65" ! It arrived very quickly , free shipping ! This was a no brainer purchase ! Thanks Best Buy

Had the TV for 5 months and it quit working, I purchased the 5 year warranty Qeek Squad came out the first time to look at it after 2 weeks of waiting for them then had to order the parts for it. I then waited another 10 days for them to come out and replace the circuit boards and it still wasn't fixed. Qeek Squad then told me that they would call Samsung to resolve the problem and get me fixed up. Qeek Squad called me back and said Samsung would not create a ticket for them and that I had to call to have them possibly replace my $2K TV that I now have not had for almost 30 days. Needless to say everyone has dropped the ball on this one! Im not happy at all and I only give the 3 stars because when the tv is working it looks great!

Absolutely love my new Samsung 75" QLED TV! The picture is amazing, perfect, and way beyond my expectations!!! Paired with an incredible new Denon Receiver and a completely new surround sound system this TV is the center of a perfect system!

Everything very good and easy to set up and operate. What I do not know is why it lost the programming and I had to restart and reboot the whole TV and reconfigure. A bit annoying. Also, some channels go in the "spin the wheel" mode and do not come out.

For the money you are getting a lot. Great picture and color. Pairs awesome with the Samsung sound bar. The geek squad did a great job installing everything. Recommend this tv if you do not want to go really high end I love it

Really enjoying the new TV.. The picture on the smart TV is fabulous and the larger size makes a big difference, only problem is now I have to fight my husband for the remote the picture quality is awesome just an all-around great experience.

This tv is a great deal has very bright screen and very colorful easy to tune down the colors. The tv speakers are decent and the overall look is premium. For Qled tv this tv is great buy. Also has a remote with voice assistance from Alexa and bixby.

Quick setup, excellent 4k picture from 4k source, excellent upsampling from 1080p, I think I am ready for new game consoles coming in the fall (hopefully). I don't understand people giving it bad reviews.

The tv looked much smaller in store but when it got on my way it was so much bigger plus very beautiful. so worh it plus I really like the service representatives very honest and professional plus gave me a great deal! All around great experience!!

I like the tv, but because I had to go get a chrome pass for a philo was why I took a star. I really thought this was the best most up to date. But I enjoy it do far. I really want to take another star for the remote( I HATE THE REMOTE).

TV is a QLED 75”. Geek Squad setup was fast. Not given much user instruction but they did tell us there was an e-manual on the TV. TV has very good picture and average sound quality. Picture preference adjustment is easy using TV menu.

Really love the picture we are receiving on our 75" Samsung. Our only disappointment is there was no Owner's Manual with the TV. We were told we had to go on line and download the manual. We still have not been successful do that.

Great TV! Picture quality is amazing. You do get glare from lights though. We love Samsung and will only buy Samsung. The only complaint is that the google assistant doesn’t seem to work. We attempted many times and it just won’t work.

Amazing colors and so easy to connect with the phone. I really feel like I’m in the movie or show. I wish the talk to Samsung worked a little better though. Looking up a movie or show and typing it all out is not convenient

Great TV I have it for about two years now in my living room and no problems so far. if you are scrolling up and down and debating if you should, go for it!!! de nada :)

Excellent picture quality and value for the size. Why buy a non QLED 75 inch TV when for a couple hundred more you can buy this one. Only downfall is all hdmi connections are on the back so plug everything in before mounting

More than expected. Ordered, confirmed and was ready for pick up in hours. When arriving they loaded the TV into my pick up for me. TV was super easy to set up! Gives more function and access to many APPS. Love it

Let me say, I’m so glad I choose this TV as I will probably never attend a movie theaters again. The quality of this TV is top notch. I am now buying one for my bedroom too. You will not be sorry if you purchase this TV
