Everything is so life like. I am very glad to have purchased this TV. It was very easy to set up. Only draw back and this is true on almost all TVs now , not enough remote functions.

Try all the picture modes to find the one you like. The large picture makes fine print readable. The size also makes the tv very heavy, so help (2 big guys) is needed for unboxing and set-up

Set up was quick and the on screen menu is easy to navigate. Picture quality is excellent! Sound is ok, I would definitely recommend buying a sound bar with it though.

Only complaint is that it’s a little top heavy, so the mount I got for it slides a little forward, even on the tightest. But the picture is beautiful and at a pretty good price for a 75” TV.

Feel like I am sitting court side. The TV handles fast moving action well with no blur. Really like the smart features and set up is really easy.

The picture is gorgeous- watched a nature show last night and can't believe how vibrant and detailed the picture looked. It's a joy to feel like I have my home theater!

Periodically the WiFi connection will fail. No other WiFi devices in the house such an issue. When this happens, you must unplug the TV to force it to reconnect as turning it on and off will not re-establish the connection. The menu navigation is also clunky and takes some getting use to. The UI is not intuitive at all. Additionally, upon installing the Alexa integration, the TV became unresponsive and required the removal of the integration to become responsive again. This is unacceptable and Samsung needs to do something to protect the end user from garbage applications degrading basic device performance.

Here are some tips that may help to alleviate your WiFi connectoin issue :
1) Check the distance between the TV and your modem or access point. The distance should not exceed 50 ft. (15.2 m).
2) Minimize interference by not using or turning off wireless devices. Also, verify that there are no obstacles between the TV and the modem or access point. (WiFi strength can be decreased by appliances, cordless phones, stone walls/fireplaces, etc.)
3) Perform a network test to check if there is a network problem.
Press the Home button on your remote. Navigate to Settings >Support> Device Care> Self Diagnosis> Smart Hub Connection Test
If the test concludes that the unit needs service, please contact us via any of the following options:

I have a lot of windows and I need to close all of my shades& curtains to see the tv with out a glare. At NIGHT it is stunning and fabulous.
