Samsung has a very easy-to-use, user friendly platform, so I wanted to stick to that. This TV has met expectations, but I highly recommend purchasing the matching sound system for this product. Samsung has notoriously bad speakers, and this product isn't an exception. I purchased the TV and sound system, and I am a very happy customer!
