It’s okay

It’s really annoying how it defaults super loud every time you turn it on. I had to install my fire stick to get it to not default to loud as Samsung Tv. I never had these issues with my little LG tv I miss it. We got this Tv cause my husband wanted all appliances to match I would have rather stuck with LG

No backlight settimgs..

We have 3 other tvs and other samsung devices and we love them, however we are not happy with this model tv. It is very dark picture quality, DOES NOT HAVE BACKLIGHT ADJUSTMENT... we even contacted Samsung tech support and he said same thing. On this model you cannot adjust backlight. This is why I am returning it and would not recommend this model. We have the same tv in the 2019 model and it is way better with backlight settings.

Thank you for purchasing the Q60T TV and for your review. I am sorry to hear that you are not happy with the brightness of your picture.
You can try Dynamic Picture Mode, or manually adjust the Brightness settings to your liking. Dynamic Picture Mode will make pictures brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments.
For expert settings, go to Home> Settings> Picture> Expert Settings> Brightness
We also recommend you check if Power Saving Mode has been enabled.
Go to Settings> General> Eco Solution> Power Saving Mode.
