Lasted only a year

Lightly used for casual TV and video games. Display went out with no warning signs. Samsung support gives me a a few TV places to do the diagnostic and will cost about 2k just to get the display fixed. Better off just buying a new TV. I should have bought the extended warranty but will not be choosing Samsung for my TV brand anymore.

It’s not picking up wifi very good.

Sling is very hard to even work and it works good on another tv via Firestick. It’s plugged in wired. Not happy with what I paid to get a better tv if I can’t watch my apps that are installed on tv.

Waste of 3 days to return home with nothing

Was given a sealed box. Took home to open and find a 65”. Had to return to store. Waited 1 1/2 hr to get a replacement. Took home stated it was checked. Got home defective tv no picture. Had to return again my third time to receive no replacement just a refund! What a waste of time and money. Three days for an online order to be picked up.

Don’t use a soundbar

Thank you for purchasing the Q60T TV. I am very sorry you are experiencing issues when connecting to your soundbar. Connect an HDMI cable into your audio device's ARC port. This is usually the HDMI OUT port, but check your device's user manual just in case. Connect the other end into the HDMI IN (ARC) on the TV. Using the remote, navigate to Settings. Then, select Sound and select Sound Output. From there, set the audio output for your TV.
HDMI is better if the only external device connected to your TV is your soundbar. Otherwise, Digital Audio Out is usually the better option, depending on your setup.
However, if you prefer to connect using Bluetooth, please keep the following in mind:
- Lip-sync errors may occur.
- You can only pair one Bluetooth TV to a soundbar at a time.
- The TV and Bluetooth device may disconnect, depending on the distance between them.
If you need further assistance setting up your soundbar, please contact Samsung Customer Support, and a representative will gladly help you.

Think twice to buy this Samsung TV

It died only 16 months after buying. The TV restarts after flickering a few minutes. I performed all kind of troubleshootings by Samsung technician but unable to figure out the issues. I consulted with Samsung authorized technician and he estimated $750 to fix the issue. Please think twice to buy this Samsung TV.

Raggedy delivery service

I had to take time off work and get it myself with a uhaul truck. Delivery guys lied about service , I couldn’t get anyone on the phone, the tv wasn’t released til the end of business day, and I didn’t get answers why the drivers didn’t update . Worst experience ever

Run Away!

This is a very expensive repair and of corse the warranty has already expired. From what the repair man said is that he is seeing a lot of problems with Samsung TV panels going out. I would avoid buying a Samsung TV for this reason.

Bad Screen

We purchased 7/9/20 and the screen is dead and didn't make it though Oct. We had to deal with Samsung. Which is such a joy. They never asked for receipt and closed out ticket. Gift card should have been emailed but 6 days later, nothing. Called bestbuy, emailed and even used the chat, no one can help and I get hung up a lot. Planning on returning the TV and never using bestbuy again.
