      Thank you for purchasing the Samsung Q60T TV. I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing a power cycling issue where your TV is turning itself on and off repeatedly.

      Please try a few trouble-shooting steps that may help solve the issue:

      1) Check the power cable for damage and proper connection.

      2) If the cable is bent, broken, kinked, pinched, pressed excessively (possibly by a heavy object on top of it) or damaged, this is likely the cause of the issue. Replace the cable.

      3) Unplug the TV from the wall outlet for 30 seconds, and then plug it back in.

      4) If the power cycling allows enough time in between powering on and off, try updating the TV to the latest firmware. There is a risk, however. If the TV turns off during the software update, it could damage the TV. Updates can take up to 30 minutes depending on network speed, so if the TV is not turning off too frequently, try updating the software.

      5) TVs which can connect to SmartThings can be turned on using compatible devices, sometimes automatically. However, if abnormal "power on" signals are sent through the wireless network, they will trigger this function and make the TV turn on. If you do not want this function, navigate to
      Settings > General > Network > Expert Settings > Power On with Mobile, and turn the setting off.

      If the issue persists after these steps, then the TV will likely need service. Please contact us so that we can better investigate your issue and assist you towards a solution or replacement.

    Ok so I had been looking for two months prior to black Friday knowing I needed an upgrade...originally it was between the 75" Sony x900h and the vizio p series quantum but just didnt want to pay that much. So I walked in to best buy with lowered expectations and was going to pick up the sony x800h which while it has a good picture, has relatively lousy contrast due to being an IPS panel. I was going to settle because I was tired of looking...well they were sold out everywhere!!! I was so bummed and about to leave empty handed when I stopped by the Q series display where they had the Q60 thru Q90 displayed side by side which was great. I was familiar with the Q series from my research but had written of the Q60 and 70 because they have no local dimming and the 80 and 90 are way expensive. Well short story long I picked up the 75 inch Q60, took it home, turned it on and....OMG! What an amazing picture! Its bright, sharp, the quantum color is sick...it has unbelievable contrast for a non backlit tv and there is absolutely no blooming which blows my mind for what I paid. Folks I picked this up on sale for $1199 adding a $250 five year warranty.. mostly because the thing is too big to haul to the shop...and I can honestly say that unless you're willing to splurge for an oled, I just dont believe you can do any better.

    I can’t get over the picture quality of this television. It is so bright and pops beautifully. This tv takes streaming to full capacity. There’s tons of apps. The remote is so easy to use and navigate. Watching movies, cartoons are amazing on this tv. I highly recommend this Samsung television. There are so many options for streaming which is so convenient if you don’t have cable. I’m beyond satisfied. “ I received this product at a discounted rate for my honest feedback.”

    Take a pass on this TV and maybe Samsung all together. It’s dead. After only about 3 years of moderate use. It’s just the wife and me at home using this TV. We bought this TV as a gift to ourselves for successfully launching our two kids. We have tried all the trouble shooting ideas found online. No luck. Even when this TV was working, it kept flashing a notice about setting up the remote and it would change the audio output and go silent routinely. Tried all the online trouble shooting for that too. No luck there either…
