    We thought we got a different brand tv but turns out it wasn’t one we expected. Regardless we love it!

    I was disappointed with the smart features. It doesn't allow to install apps. It has some fixed apps it only those. I wanted to return but it requires original packaging. The remote doesn't hold any charge at all. The solar charging never worked. The geek squad service is horrible. You have to wait a long time. Online support is a joke it says to go to service center.

    Works great with my Xbox series X. Only thing I have noticed is I have to hit the input button multiple times for it to switch to a different input at times. Maybe a settings thing but annoying none the less.

    This Tv was "originally $1,699" for 75" but now it isnt..hmm anyway, it has bad lightbleed in spots. Excellent for playing xbox series x hdr games. Just wish I could afford a OLED or the neoQled verson.

      Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the picture quality of your Q70C TV. To ensure you’ve got the latest image quality updates, please confirm that your TV is up to date with the latest firmware version. You can check by going to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.

      If the picture you’re seeing is still not to your liking after updating firmware, there are several picture settings you may want to try adjusting.

      Go to Home > Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode
      ...and select the mode that best fits your usage:

      1. Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments
      2. Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments
      3. Eco: Provided to save energy
      4. Movie: Suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room
      5. Filmmaker Mode: Provides source content just as the creators intended. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it’ll automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.

      Intelligent Mode enables the TV to recognize and analyze the surroundings, noise, content, and your usage patterns to provide the best viewing experience. You can enable Intelligent Mode by going to Menu > Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Intelligent Mode Settings > Intelligent Mode.

    Don't buy their Geek Squad Protection Plan. Its garbage. They don't cover cracked screens so your out of luck. Go to Micro Center instead, you will thank me later!!!

    great looking picture. once mounted, impossible to reach controls and inputs. if you want to find the USB port, you have to have two people to dismount it and then remount. an extreme pain. the integration with a soundbar is a nightmare--would NEVER recommend
