    The Delivery guy was very rude and bad behavior. Best should change those guy . It’s happened in Binghamton

    Not near what i thought it would be. Im kinda mad at myself for buying it. My old samsung is still better than this tv. It was a curved 65". Keep looking

      If the picture you’re seeing is still not to your liking after updating firmware, there are several picture settings you may want to try adjusting.

      Go to Home > Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode
      ...and select the mode that best fits your usage:

      1. Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments
      2. Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments
      3. Eco: Provided to save energy
      4. Movie: Suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room

    Purchased (2023) Samsung 75" Class Q70C QLED Model: QN75Q70CAF. After 10 months screen began to flicker. Very annoying. Called Samsung for service.

    Tv screen intermittently shuts off for a few seconds and turns back on when playing games. Dont waste your money on this junk

    I am really disappointed in the picture and sound quality. This by far the worst speaker system I have ever heard on a tv. My 8 year old TV that I had to replace was so much better than this one.

    This TV is awesome. There’s so many settings if you’re like me and like fine tuning your picture. If you’re not, there’s a lot of automatic/default presets. The Samsung operating system is so much better than the other brands. I can switch between apps at the snap of a finger where the other smart TVs lag/load. 75” is a large TV, it definitely takes two people to set up/move. The TV is so thin it’s almost flexible, which made me nervous to attempt standing it back up by myself. All in all I love this TV. 4K @ 120hz for my Xbox, automatically switches to game mode and has all sorts of game mode features.

    The setup was a breeze, so was unboxing it. I didn't need to make any changes with the color. The sound is ok in a smaller room. I connected it to and older Onkyo receiver with HDMI cables but beware of the eARC hdmi as it doesn't work with an old stereo receiver. I had to buy a converter box to get sound thru my stereo. Some sound bars won't work with the eARC from the TV either. Other than the cons it's a great TV. EXCELLENT color.

    The Tv is exactly what I was looking. The setup and configuration was easy, and it paired with my Bose sound system without incident. Best Buy team that delivered the TV we’re gave me delivery updates throughout the delivery process. I would buy this TV again.
