TV almost seems to good at times because almost nothing is broadcast in a high enough resolution. Purchased on sale dont think its worth the $1,999 proce tag. The Crystal line is great for the price and might be worth keeping almost $1,000 in your pocket.

My picture was a little dark so I had to go into settings to reset it. The remote control included does not have the same capabilities as the long Samsung Smart TV universal remote. (Amazon around $10)

Of course outside the warranty period. Thought Samsung quality and longevity would have been longer. Less then 3 years! What a joke.

Best Buy was so heplful when the tv won't go into our suv (the box is MUCH bigger than the actual tv so not a chance it would go in). They expedited the delivery. Thank you!

The ability to download additional apps and the built in local channel receiver is a plus. The voice activated remote is nice touch when trying to find the sports team you want to watch. I just say the team and it automatically times to the right station!

I did buy a sound bar because the sound comes out of the back of the tv and when hanging on the wall it was hard to hear it. I recommend this tv if you are looking for a very clear picture.

The Samsung is clearer, brighter, and has true blacks. The included menus and software are far superior to the SONY. Awesome TV! Only buy Samsung !

This TV does cost more but for me i needed a TV that could run the Spectrum App reliably so this fit the bill. I think the higher price is justified by the ability this TV has to run its apps.

Only thing that it should improve on is the apps, sometimes even if its connected to wifi, some apps won’t open AT ALL. It gets a little annoying if it’s something specific i want to watch.

Even if I called the customer service the agent didn't seem had patience with the trouble that I had with the phone and hang up on me. My husband inserted a peace of paper to stabilize the stand make it work.

We bought this with a Samsung sound bar system as well and it does a nice job of circulating sound. This is about as big as I think you can go for a tv in a normal sized room!

But if you get a good deal ... go for it. 4K is great and good for gaming. Very clear, so define that our dog can watch the tv and bark at other dogs that show up on you tube. Lol

Perfect for watching sports since TV has 240HZ motion plus so graphics is really great!
