I especially appreciate how the tv can identify different inputs such as cable tv or video game systems. Smart tv apps are quick to find also. The only real reason I rated this tv down is because it has trouble connecting with Amazon firestick streaming devices. There is some reason that I am unaware of that does not allow it to connect properly. Besides that it’s great. Video quality is good. Color and brightness are great.

I am glad to hear that you are enjoying the picture and interface of your new Q70T TV. I am sorry you are experiencing issues connecting your Amazon Firestick. After connecting your streaming device via the HDMI port, and pairing with your device’s remote, you should be able to connect to your Wi-Fi network. Then you should be able to register to your account.

I am very frustrated that almost a month later, the installation is still not complete. Even after having two separate Geek Squad appointments in which the Geek Squad personnel did not show up, did not communicate with me that they were not coming, and after being told by Best Buy management that the installation would be completed. The original installment was outsourced and that person did not complete the installment that was paid for. It is disappointing to me to have a total of three different appointments and the job is not done.
