Well this past weekend, after four and a half months, the television flickers on and off, and the red light at the bottom flashes three or four times, over and over, with the tv never turning on. It comes with a year manufacturing warranty, but that has been difficult to process, and still has not been resolved. I’ve purchased four LG’s in the past that were WAY less money, and never had an issue, ever. I thought this would be a great product, especially for the money. There is no way I should be having issues with a brand new television at this price point. I’ll give it two stars only because when it works it was great, but I’m very dissatisfied with the way everything turned out.

They did an excellent job installing and setting up the tv.

I had a unfortunate incident with my other tv, so during the our past winter storm my tv went out during all those power outages we were having. I was very surprised on how fast Samsung Customer Service took care of my issue. Always satisfied with the quality of these televisions.
