    Never knew there were different levels of smart tv. Thanks to Best buy I exchanged the TV I just bought for this one, when my Boise head set would not work with the old one. And the salesman was great wealth of info on the different levels of smart TV. So not I have a really smart TV..

    Overall the tv works and looks well. We had a sharp aquos prior from roughly 7 years ago that went out so we went for this tv. Honestly, I don’t see a different between the two tv’s which is a tough pillow to swallow. I do see Little differences here and there but much rather would have kept my sharp baring no incident.

      The TV will upscale as best as possible any content sent to it. The closer your content is to 4K, the better the image will look on the screen.

      It is also designed with lots of custom settings, allowing users to adjust images to their liking.

    Resolution and refresh rate is amazing. Even with gaming. Fighting games look amazing on here, fast and smooth. My only issue is the OS. Tizen sucks. It freezes, it’s slow, for such a premium price, I would expect better.

    The only complaint we have is that the tv unexpectedly raises the volume by itself. At first we thought it was just during commercials but that’s not the case. We bought this for our bedroom. I like that the tv has blutooth and I can watch tv while my husband sleeps without bothering him.

    Great tv. Only issue we had was with the legs. They are not stable and don’t lock into place very well. We were so concerned that we took it to Best Buy to make sure that we had the correct part. We did- it’s just not a great stand. I imagine it’s better for wall mounting.

    My review this TV is a great TV I have no problems with nothing 4K I really like it. The sound system speakers they're just like any other TV speakers the sound bars in Les the key word is what I buy it again but what I recommended I say yes good luck

    TV met my expectations though the sound is just adequate. Purchased a sound bar which helps except that when I am using Direct TV, the synchronization is slightly off. It’s perfect with streaming Netflix, Prime, etc. Overall I am happy with my purchase.

    The quality of this display is excellent. The ability to share screens from Windows, Macintosh, Android, and iOS natively is awesome, no plugins or software needed. The side-by-side feature is also great for watching TV and screen sharing at the same time.

    In less than 5 months this tv starting flickering and refusing to turn off. I checked online and saw that this was a very common complaint. I called Samsung technical support and i was told that it will take a week to get a technician to come check TV. They don't do warranty exchanges. This is terrible.

    I was loving this TV…great pictures and graphics. But after 9 months of use it won’t turn on. Samsung support wasn’t able to replace it. For this reason I got a different brand.

    Great tv but the only 2 issues i have is 1. when you turn it on it takes a minute for it to catch up before the menus will not freeze. 2. The remote needs to be at the right angle or it will not work.

      Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care.
      This service checks memory and frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps.

      We also recommend you check that your TV is running the latest firmware.
      Using your TV's remote, navigate to Settings, and select Support. Select Software Update, and then select Update Now. New updates will be downloaded and installed on your TV. Updates usually take a few minutes; please do not turn off the TV until the update is complete. When the update is finished, the TV will restart automatically. If there aren't any new updates, select OK to exit.
      You may want to enable automatic updates for conveniences.
      Select Settings- Support- Software Update, then select Auto Update
