Bought this for weathering the pandemic, since we’re stuck at home... Really appreciating the detail and brightness (and SIZE) of this new screen for our home theatre.

Beautiful picture, but edge light bleeding began happening after about two weeks after unboxing.

No lag effect when watching sports but the picture quality is trash and the remote is the worse I've ever seen for a tv

Great tv for the money. Only issue I had was with the Sonos arc sound. It was on and off when watching atmos tv from and couple of time stuttering.

Great 4K tv for the price. The motion while watching sports or anything fast moving is great. Samsung excels in motion and that is why purchased Samsung.

Excellent TV. Great Viewing Angles and Glare is kept to a min. Sound could be better but I will have to get a sound bar sometime in the futire

great TV - excellent connection and already pre added hulu, Apple ,Disney and many other. Can be pair with my new Iphone .

The whole process, from purchasing through the instillation and set-up was carried out to our satisfaction. All was done in a polite and timely manner.

The quality of the images is not the greatest but I guess that happens as the TV gets bigger and bigger, overall it's a good TV and we like it so far.

Just set up our new Q70T 75” and have had numerous problems. Connected via the smart hub and set everything up. Alexa won’t open Netflix or Prime Video with out saying “Alexa tell the TV to open Netflix”, same thing with Prime. We should be able to say “Alexa open Nextflix” right? She keeps saying we don’t have any enabled video skills when trying to open prime video or Netflix. Also, Alexa won’t turn on the TV (though she will turn it off). Tonight we couldn’t even turn the TV on via the remote without power cycling. We have even use the Samsung remote audio option to ask to show something like romantic movies at times. We are tech savvy and set everything up via the hub and all connections are solid, WiFi is connected to TV as well This is disappointing for our first TV in 8 years. If Samsung can’t fix this we will be taking this TV back as this is way too much money for this many problems on the first day. We bought this fir the picture and assistants and if the latter doesn’t work reliably it’s hard to justify keeping it.

The TV looked good but only lasted a year and a month. This is just outside the standard warranty. I had never had an issue with a TV so I did not get the extended. I went Sony now and will look into repairing it for our bedroom possibly. The sony looks worlds better and may have ended my use of samsung tvs.

We had an issue with the graphics on right side but between Samsung and Best Buy we got it exchanged and decided to upgrade to an 82”

Spent more than I wanted too for this tv, but I will be enjoying it for many years to come. It is a wonderful tv with lots of features.

Samsung tv is tremendous. The Samsung plus channels are also great. Best of all were the 2 installers that handled everything perfectly.
