    I have over 5 SamSung TVs and have brought nothing but Samsung from phones, sound speakers,appliances, and TVs, but lately their quality has been going down hill. When you are up close this TV looks grainy and ugly. I returned it the next day and purchased the Sony X90H and wow this Sony TV is just amazing it likes being in a movie theater

    The TV does not stay connected to internet and no one will assist. Very disappointing to pay over 2K in December 2020

      Thank you for purchasing the Samsung Q70T TV and for your review. I am very sorry you are experiencing internet connection issues. A firmware update is available which may help improve your connection.

      Using your TV's remote, navigate to Settings, and select Support. Select Software Update, and then select Update Now. New updates will be downloaded and installed on your TV. Updates usually take a few minutes; please do not turn off the TV until the update is complete. When the update is finished, the TV will restart automatically.

      You may also want to enable automatic updates for future convenience.
      Select Settings > Support > Software Update, then select Auto Update.

    Shop around in my opinion. My prior to gave up on me which is why Best Buy provides me this tv. Not a fan at all.

    We have had the TV 18 months and the power button just started blinking and turns the TV off and on and won't do anything else. Going to have to call a repair service out. Highly disappointed in this TV only lasting 18 months before needing a repair.

    Would give 0 if I could. Purchased 12/29/2020. Stopped working 3/27/21. No parts available to repair it. Been waiting 7 days for someone at Samsung to contact me about a replacement. I'm sure the credit, if ever received, won't cover the cost I paid for installation, and reinstallation either.

    We’ve had it for 3 months and it’s already burned out , second Samsung tv we’ve bought in 5 months . We’re very disappointed with Samsung !

    This TV stopped working after 13 months. Samsung said they would give me a one time repair outside of warranty but they did not follow through. Very poor customer service. I will never buy another Samsung TV. $1700 down the drain.

    Purchased 75” December 2020 and now April 2022 the screen now has visible lines across the entire screen. One solid black like toward top of screen the spans the entire screen.. Thankfully I purchased the extended warranty!

    Apparently, Samsung TVs have a known issue with power cycling. That’s where it turns on and off repeatedly. Mine happened 2 months after the warranty expired. Now I get to pay for service for an $1800 TV after 14 months.

    The TV is less than a year old, the screen already has white haze corners. Samsung technician says that is how the TV designed!! Basically, Samsung don't won't take responsibility for their product even though they sell defected TV!

    Bad hdmi ports. Samsung service told me they have to order a part. They know it is an ongoing issue. Why did best buy not know this. It was not working corect from day one.

    Absolutely the worst TV ever. This is the second Samsung TV I’ve owned that has broken within two years. This one lasted two months, good luck getting Samsung service to service it. Worst buy, save your money. Leaving Samsung forever.

    Great TV for 1 year. Now having to replace a $2000 tv because the panel went bad. Have had good experience with other Samsung TV's. Should have gotten the extended warranty.

    This is the best TV I have ever owned. 75" screen with bright colors and sharpe picture. It is located in my sun room which gets a lot of sunlight but doesn't affect the picture quality at all. When watching a football game you can actually see the perferations in the jersey's. The built in surround sound is exceptionally good as well. I plan to purchase another one for an additional room.
