    Purchased the TV. Wifi connection didnt work. They tried to blame the internet. Got a new TV works. 1 year later same problem. $1600 wasted

      Powered by our 4K Quantum processor wtih AI upscaling, the 2020 Q70 Series incorporates many of our premium features and technologies, all geared towards delivering the best in viewing enjoyment. It is possible that your particular set was either defective or required adjustments in settings. Nonetheless, I do sincerely apologize for the let-down.

      There are several preset picture modes and many custom settings that can optimize image quality to your viewing scenario.
      Go to HOME > SETTINGS > PICTURE > PICTURE MODE and choose:
      1) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments.
      2) Standard: This is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments.
      3) Natural: Reduces eye strain for a comfortable viewing experience.
      4) Movie: Suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room.
      5) Filmmaker: Watch the source content (e.g., movie) as it is.

      In addition, the quality of the image on your screen depends on the source and the connection.
      HDMI cables are recommended for optimal HD viewing; and when possible, 4K content will provide the best picture quality. The TV will upscale as best as possible any content sent to it. The closer the signal is to 4K, the better it will look coming out.

      The quality of the streaming content depends largely on the speed of your internet, as most content providers have adaptive streaming that will automatically adjust the image quality based on the network bandwidth.

    When I got this TV I wanted an upgrade. I wanted a smart TV. This is like a genius TV. It has everything you could want. You can add apps that are easy to use. But the thing I was really surprised about was the Samsung TV that allows you to watch some channels and explore movies and shows which then gives you apps to pick from. The picture quality is amazing right out of the box and if you know what your doing you can get it even better. I was also surprised with how well this things sounds. I’ve always had a home theatre system set up because most TVs sound terrible. This one actually puts out a good sound. It was very easy to get setup and on the wall. I was a little nervous about that with it being a 75 inch. But we got it done. It’s been nice to clean things up. Before with our old TV we had different streaming options hooked up to the TV. Now this allows us to stream all our services right there without any issues. It was definitely worth the investment. I included a photo with our 55 inch because when I was looking at new TVs my main question was what did the extra inches look like for a size change.

    We had been thinking about getting a new bigger TV and went with Samsung because we’ve always loved their TVs. This version has great picture quality and great sound with automatic volume adjustment. Just one of the great perks of this TV that make it awesome. Love that when the kids get noisy we don’t miss what’s being said on the TV. All the Smart features are great. Our apps are all in one place, easy to find, and you only need one remote. Art mode is a very cool feature that we will use when guests come over to make the TV more attractive when we’re not watching it. Overall I am very happy with this TV and glad my husband talked me into getting it. I received this product at a discounted price in exchange for my honest feedback.

    Considered several models but all Samsung because I love the quality of their electronics. This TV provides an excellent picture and quality. It's not the highest priced unit and you can spend more, but I find the picture exceptional and I saved a wad of cash. The Geek squad installed my TV and very happy that I purchased the service. I have an old 321 Bose sound system and they wired it differently than I had it and the sound quality was greatly improved. We are very pleased with our purchase and with Best Buy service, would do it again.

    I have been extremely impressed with this product. Samsung really figured out how to deliver a great experience with their smart TV menu. I can easily navigate the menu to access all the Apps I utilize for streaming. The picture quality is amazing, and the TV was extremely easy to mount despite being a large 75”. The TV looks great on the wall and 4K quality is exceptional while streaming from all the different Apps. Highly recommend this TV! I received this product at a discounted price in exchange for my honest feedback.

    Overall I'm ambivalent. Sure it's a good TV. But it's nothing special, even though I got it for the pre Xmas $1499. Picture is a little better than my old "non QLED" LG, but not really that much. It's 10" wider diagonally, but a little on the glitchy side. Not impressed with how it processes the sound through the optical output to my Sonos surround system. Old LG sounded better. This one has a "thin" sound to it for lack of better term. Most will not notice though, but audio is my thing, so I do notice the difference. Remote takes a little getting used to, but most new tech does. It doesn't always work with the IR on my Sonos Playbar, but oddly enough the remote from the Roku device does. From what I've since learned, the Samsung remote uses a different technology. Nice to know after it's already up on the wall. The apps don't always want to play nice together. The Spectrum internet TV app was a big selling point to me so I could dump Roku device and remote, but honestly, it's kinda clunky. Doesn't always work as well as the Spectrum app on Roku, so I go back and forth between the two when the Samsung one is getting fussy. Guess I was just expecting to get blown away by the picture quality. In retrospect, I really just wanted a larger TV. Could have done just fine with a 75" UHD and saved around $500. My two cents' worth. Oh, and I spent the $200 for them to come out and install it because it's so big I couldn't hang it myself. Can't say it was worth it, but what're you gonna do?

    amsung has always been a huge staple in our family when it comes to household appliances as well as electronics. The brand is very dependable and reliable meaning it has very few issues when it comes to durability. The picture is extremely clear and feels like you are in the movies except with a super sharp picture. The 4k quantum processor improves performance and upscaling quality and and you can also adjust the brightness. With over 33 million pixels you can see a complete picture on a beautiful canvas which brings me to ambient mode. The TV can cloak itself like it isnt there at all and become apart of the wall or as a decorative piece mounted on the wall. The possibilities are endless! Bixby is your intelligent assistant when needing help with any tasks and Bixby is already also located on my Samsung phone as well as my new Samsung qled TV! In the dark iam able to get the full pictures and color scheme and also because of the 4k it doesnt matter where iam in the room, I can see the picture from any angle. The TV is not bulky and boasts a sleek design making it a top contender for 2019. The remote was challenging at first but nothing that could not be figured out. My family and I love our new TV and very grateful to have Samsung electronics in our home. Samsung is a name we trust!

    Awesome TV Great Quality but disappointed when TV BROKE HAD A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE GETTING IT FIXED AND REPLACED AT THE END. I ALSO HAVE PROBLEMS WITH MY NEW TV GEEK SQUAD AGENT GAME ME THE RUN AROUND FOR THIS SERVICE CALL. VERY VERY UPSET

    this TV sucked. It stopped working over a year after purchase and was not covered by written warranty. This is despite assurances it would last longer than other Tvs and was higher quality.
