Would expect more from this brand, have had numerous Samsung before this was disappointing

Don’t buy samsung

A Screen of Lines That went Blank After 2 years
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Really disappointed in Samsung, bought this TV in November 2020 the screen started shoing lines 2 years later, I called the Geek squad to come and fix it only to fidn out that the warranty was expired. I then decided that I could live with the lines going across the screen then 1/8 of the screen went blank. Thats about $2300 that I will never get back.

Overrated model, save your money

The Missing Piece

I found the perfect addition to my living room to spend time relaxing after long days working, to play a video game or two with my friends. Finding ways to stay connected while being so far apart. I received this product at a discounted price in exchange for my honest feedback

If you have a version with a One Connect Box
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Have the Q7 with a One Connect Box. Remote would not pair. Warranty co. sent a replacement, no better. Replaced LCD and power supply board, no better. Sent new One Connect Box, that solved the problem.

Samsung claims this is “normal above volume 15” BUT can not explain why it is still happening an hour after the tv has been off or when I just turn on! Make Tv’s Great Again!
