I called Best Buy and they couldn't help me at all. They just told me to return it and they'd refund my money. The problem is, the TV is too big and won't fit in my car. I'd have to pay for the delivery to get it home.

Thank you for sharing your experience with the YouTube app. If the app is freezing, not loading, or crashing, we recommend trying the following steps:
1. Cold boot the TV by holding down the power button on your remote for 5+ seconds until the TV turns off and back on.
2. Delete and reinstall the app to clear out any potential corrupted data.
3. Reset Smart Hub to remove any app conflicts (Settings > Support > Device Care > Reset Smart Hub).
Please also make sure your TV has the latest firmware installed: Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now.

Won’t steam live sports

Never go to best buy

We appreciate your feedback on the picture quality of Samsung’s Q7F TV. If the image doesn’t quite match your preferences, there are several adjustments you can make to better suit your viewing environment and content type.
First, please ensure your TV is running the latest firmware, as updates may include important picture quality enhancements. Go to: Home > Left directional button > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now
To explore picture mode options, navigate to: Home > Left directional button > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode. Options include:
• Standard – Ideal for general viewing
• Dynamic – Brighter and more vibrant for well-lit spaces
• Eco – Optimized for energy efficiency
• Movie – Best for viewing in low light
• Filmmaker Mode – Preserves the content creator’s intent and disables motion smoothing for supported content

Fantastic Samsung Quality TV

Sound with two build in speakers is weak

The width of the the tv is very thin which I love as well. When watching movies, the color pops right out! Definitely worth the money!!

Good TV, but bad delivery service.

They said it would arrive within a certain four hour time range, and they were an hour late without calling me or informing me, which caused me to miss an appointment. A call would've made a big difference.
