Picture quality and sound are pretty good but my TCL Roku TV had way better integration with other apps. Also the smart things app is not as good as the Roku app for virtual TV remote.

It's been a month now and the difference between this TV and my 2010 Sony Bravia 43 LCD is astounding. It has a beautiful vibrant picture and it's pretty intuitive to operate. The only area which could stand improvement is the sound quality. It will require a sound bar to have a sound quality equal to the picture quality.

Great TV and would be a five star if I could get my DVD to connect. It should be a simple connect with the HDMI, but for some reason I can't get it to work. I wonder if this is a common problem or is it just me?

This TV is amazing. Its like looking at things at different perspective. Price is extremely high but worth and very high tech. A little troubling to install for a TV but it makes everything worth it if you get pass the installation.

Outstanding TV and sound system The one remote is easy to use and enhances the viewing experience..

TV works great and even looks better. Obviously looks better in the dark, however, during the daylight, the intense, vibrant colors still look good. It was a big upgrade from my previous TV. If you are considering purchasing this TV, it does the same thing other smart TVs can do, just with better resolution.

The Samsung QLED television has proven to be an exceptional product, and the service provided by Best Buy was highly satisfactory. Based on this positive experience, we would certainly consider Samsung products for all future purchases.
