    Won’t steam live sports

    The tv seems incapable of streaming live sports. I have 3 other tvs that are just the wal mart Roku brand and have zero issues.

    Never go to best buy

    I had to return the tv in order to have it delivered. But I had a 400 dollar rebate through verizion and I wasnt able to reuse the rebate. I am out 400 dollars due to the incompetence of best buy.

    The quality of contrast and image not really for Samsung make very poor

      First, please ensure your TV is running the latest firmware, as updates may include important picture quality enhancements. Go to: Home > Left directional button > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now

      To explore picture mode options, navigate to: Home > Left directional button > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode. Options include:
      • Standard – Ideal for general viewing
      • Dynamic – Brighter and more vibrant for well-lit spaces
      • Eco – Optimized for energy efficiency
      • Movie – Best for viewing in low light
      • Filmmaker Mode – Preserves the content creator’s intent and disables motion smoothing for supported content

      You can further customize your image by going to: Settings > All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings, where you can adjust Brightness, Contrast, Color Tone, Sharpness, Contrast Enhancer and more.

    Sound with two build in speakers is weak

    Picture is great, set up is hard if you not computerized in order to keep xfinity l had a one of their tech come out and do it it is heavier then my previous tv same size was a Roku easy to set up otherwise no problems yet , but needs to people to hang with muscles on a tv stand woman and man is sufficient.

    I ABSOLUTELY LOVE ❤️ the Picture Quality , the Color ,Pristine Clarity with Ai feature that was new to me, but I learned to use with ease . Sound is great for the room I have without surround sound . and I'm glad I made the choice to get this TV .

    TV quality is excellent. Everything I have come to expect in a Samsung product. Personnel at Best Buy were all terrific. Talked to an associate there to settle on my purchase. Ordered online. Pick up at store was a breeze. Love the purchase, love Best Buy!

    Installing my 75 inch Television

    Geek squad did an awesome job of installing my 75 inch television. They professional and definitely knew what they were doing. They hauled away all the empty boxes and the old television as well.
