    It took over a month to have product delivered and installed. My appointments were cancelled hours before the scheduled arrival time. I was told by a rep that all I could be offered for my time and the inconvenience was, “they’re sorry for the inconvenience.”

    The YouTube app isn't working. I called Best Buy and they couldn't help me at all. They just told me to return it and they'd refund my money. The problem is, the TV is too big and won't fit in my car. I'd have to pay for the delivery to get it home.

    The tv bracket i have does not fit this tv, screws are to big. Had a 42 inch hanging on it before was fine this one isn’t. Either get same tv or replace bracket.

      We're sorry to hear of this misunderstanding, but just to clarify, the 75" Q7F isn't compatible with hardware designed for a 42" TV. Your new TV uses a 400x400mm VESA pattern and needs four M8 screws with a 1.25mm thread pitch. Screw length will depend on your wall mount bracket thickness and whether spacers are used.

    Won’t steam live sports

    The tv seems incapable of streaming live sports. I have 3 other tvs that are just the wal mart Roku brand and have zero issues.

    Never go to best buy

    I had to return the tv in order to have it delivered. But I had a 400 dollar rebate through verizion and I wasnt able to reuse the rebate. I am out 400 dollars due to the incompetence of best buy.

    TV quality is excellent. Everything I have come to expect in a Samsung product. Personnel at Best Buy were all terrific. Talked to an associate there to settle on my purchase. Ordered online. Pick up at store was a breeze. Love the purchase, love Best Buy!

    though I like the layout of the TV the display itself just did not meet expectations for the Samsung brand I will definitely recommend the LG 75 inch 2025 over this model of Samsung though the TV is fast and have a very minimalist remote I don't like the fact that you have to charge the remote and it doesn't take batteries what's the deal breaker for me is the display the only part of the screen that comes in crisp and clear in my opinion is literally the center and for a 75 in I would have expected higher brightness options
