When trying to download apps it works about 70% of the time. Usually you end up doing it multiple times just to get it down loaded. This is a wired connection I’m using. Doesn’t really matter how good the picture is when you can’t download a app to watch. Very disappointed for the price of this tv. Should have bought a lg oled.

Fix audio issue please

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Giving this fine tv a 3 star because of the issue with the ARC and optical connections not working as should be, ARC does not work with my Bose system and optical cuts off often while watching tv, movies etc, I would be happy to redo this review is somehow they came up with an update or a solution to the this audio issue.
