    Beautiful TV, wonderful picture. lots of features to click through and learn - HOWEVER Samsung fell VERY SHORT on their common sense and foresight on this TV. This is a top of the line TV, and cost top dollar. Why in the world would any tech company design a TV that can only have 1 bluetooth head phone connected at a time. You CANNOT simultaneously connect 2 or more headphones to this TV so you and someone else can watch a movie at night without waking up the rest of the house! This to me is very asinine and shortsighted! VERY DISAPPOINTED in this TV for this single reason. Samsung (and all other TV manufacturers if they do not offer simultaneous headphone listening) need to hire new engineers with a lot more common sense and foresight!

    Slick tv, very vivid, best tv I've ever owned. Set up is really nice. Love that it recognize what was hooked, great interface...super easy to use. Bare bones controller that I love. Basically 8 buttons not including the. Netflix etc. But it's all you need very intuitive

    A perfect transaction! From our research of the product, to the pricing, the ordering, the delivery - it all went seamlessly! We had went elsewhere for purchases over the past several years and wanted to give Best Buy a try again and we couldn’t be happier that we did!

    Power Supply or Board Early Failure

    Just a little over a year in and either the main board or the power supply capacitors have failed. The tv just clicks on and off and reboots on its own accord every 5 seconds or so. And we only watch tv a few hours a day. It's still under warranty and we have it on a surge protector and a whole house surge protector. This seems to be a common problem after doing a quick YouTube search. We bought an extended warranty as well but the point being that such a high dollar item should not be failing after so few hours of use. We have an older Samsung that ran 8 hours daily for 10 years and now sits outdoors and still hasn't failed so this is disappointing.

    Absolutely wonderful !! This was an open box purchase. The Geek Squad installed it, tested it, etc. Couldn't be more pleased.

    This is my 2nd time posting a review but apparently the first one didn't get posted. This is also my 2nd Q800T as the first one had so bad screening and clouding on it I had to take it back. My 2nd one is better than the first but still has horrible clouding. The clouding and bleed through is so bad that whenever there's movement on the TV you can see on the screen where the issues are. It makes it nearly impossible to enjoy watching TV. I've been in contact with Samsung as to further steps to take. I can't keep taking TV's back and exchanging them, especially since it takes my 3 hours round trip to get to Best Buy and back home. I think for paying $5,000 for a TV the quality should be much better. There literally shouldn't be anything wrong with it. I seriously think there is a flaw with the Q800T that Samsung should look into. I can see this in a $2,000 TV but not one of Samsungs high end TV's. After this I'm going to switch to LG. I'm not going to pay $7,500 for the Q900TS just to get a good picture, that's outrageous. I've owned this TV for a little over a month. I would not recommend spending the money on this TV. In case someone reply's with, have you tried this, yes I've tried everything to get this fixed. The TV is build cheaply and poorly and sold for A LOT. You'd have better luck going to the Casino and trying to hit it big than purchase this TV and it have no issues.

      Thank you for purchasing the Q800T TV and for your review. I am sorry to hear that you are not happy with the brightness levels of your picture. If the colors on your TV are correct but just a little too dark or bright you can try Dynamic Picture Mode, or manually adjust the Brightness settings to your liking.

      Dynamic Picture Mode will make pictures brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments. Go to: Settings > Picture > Picture Mode > Dynamic

      Or manually adjust the Brightness settings to your liking. Go to: Settings> Picture> Expert Settings> Brightness

      You may also want to disable Power Saving Mode which automatically adjusts the brightness to reduce the TV’s power consumption.
      Go to Settings> General> Eco Solution> Power Saving Mode.

      Ambient Light Detection will also automatically adjust the brightness level of the TV, according to the ambient light level, to reduce power consumption. If Ambient Light Detection has adjusted the screen brightness to a too bright or dark level, you can select Minimum Brightness to manually adjust the minimum screen brightness.
      Go to Settings> General> Eco Solution> Ambient Light Detection

    Nice tv, but just make sure your tv stand is deep enough to support it. I only paid attention to the width of my stand, not noticing that the legs themselves are very wide from front to back.
