After having this TV for about 8 months, I can easily say that I with I would have purchased something different. The TV has a “Game Mode” that looks and functions great but its continual input monitoring has become increasingly annoying. Especially with my PS5. You can’t just turn everything on and play. The TV waits to detect the PS5, turns on game mode, then I have to select the PS5 with the remote for it to start working. Add on that every time you start and end a game, “game mode” turns off then on, it’s become increasingly annoying. Also, this thing weighs a ton. Too much for 1 person to move, I really wish I would have gotten a different TV.

Bluetooth is default feature affecting kids lives

Also the new remote never works which is also a default feature although my old remote works I still cannot turn Bluetooth off. If you are tv watcher and watch for continuous hours it will also impact adults with headaches and vision impairment. Below is message from samsung customer care: I really appreciate your patience and time. I have checked the resource, Bluetooth is a default feature on TV we cannot turn it off, as the basic feature on the remote require Bluetooth to control the TV.

We are newbies to streaming, and we relied on the sales person to get a good tv. Which the TV is good but do more searching what a TV has, such as the device built in for streaming, There are so many different that we were not aware of at the time of purchase

Coming from an Oled tv that had burn-in (inage retention) I can say picture is pretty good. However, OS is not the best. Gets slow while navigating every now and then.

Please make sure your TV's firmware is up to date with version 1303.2, as this includes updates to improve lag and performance. You can check this by going to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.
You may also want to further optimize performance with the self-diagnostic tool, which checks memory, frees up unused cached memory, and closes background apps. Go to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care

I visited Best Buy several times. I was stuck on the 85 inch neo qled but decided to go with the 75 inch 80B. I was suck at the idea of spending so much on a tv. I can honestly say it was worth every penny. This TV has deep rich color with impeccable clarity. I highly recommend.

Was not showed how to do ant of it and that us why we waited a month to get delivered.
