We appreciate your feedback on the lip sync issues you’re experiencing with your Q80B TV. This could possibly be a source issue, but if you’re hearing an audio delay across all sources/channels and you have a receiver, soundbar, or other speakers connected to your TV, you can access the Audio Delay settings to increase the audio delay. Go to: Menu > Settings > All Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Digital Output Audio Delay
Our 2022 TVs have an audio Pass-Through feature, which allows the audio signal to be sent out unprocessed to an external soundbar or receiver connected to the TV. The external device then processes the audio, thereby eliminating the added step of processing by the TV, which adds delay.
On your TV, go to: Menu > Settings > All Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Digital Audio Output Format > Pass-Through
Please also be sure you’re running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to: Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.

Called Samsung, they told me to call Best Buy, called Best Buy, they told me to call Samsung. $2000 Television with a extra cost for extended protection plan. 2 years in, I can't get a new remote. Shame on you both. Total rip off. Scammed.

Extremely disappointing

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.TV was damaged when installed with 2 lines through it, but it worked, and we could use it while we waited for the new TV to be delivered (nearly 3 weeks later, but that’s another story). 2 days later it randomly powered off. A week later and it’s hit or miss if it works. It will power on and immediately off, for upwards of 10 minutes. Only way to stop it is to unplug the power. Remote control does nothing. Not happy to say the least.
