      If you’re still noticing pixelation on the screen, try adjusting the Picture Clarity Settings to improve your image. Go to: Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > Picture Clarity Settings

To ensure your picture is fully optimized, please be sure your TV is up to date with the latest firmware version, as this includes picture quality updates. You can check this by going to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.

      If the picture you’re seeing out-of-the-box is not to your liking after performing any available firmware updates, there are several picture settings you may want to try adjusting.

      Go to Home > Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode
      ...and select the mode that best fits your usage:
      1) Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments.
      2) Movie: Is suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room.
      3) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments.
      4) Filmmaker Mode: You can watch the source content (e.g., movie) as it is. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it will automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.

      You can also go to: Home > Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings to manually fine tune your image.

    Broken again

    First tv delivered last Thursday. From the start the screen would go black about every 30 seconds. Reset tv, bought new HDMI cable, nothing worked. Ordered replacement tv and it was delivered this morning. Turned it on and nothing but bright squiggly lines in top left corner due to cracked screen. Trying a third and final time but Best Buy is in no hurry to deliver. Wait until next regular delivery day!!!

Unfortunately, even if a TV is double-boxed and the packaging shows no evidence of harm, a TV can still be damaged during transit if proper care is not taken. For example, if the TV were sitting in an incorrect orientation – laid on its side or tilted – during transit, damage could have been done.

    The television itself is fine but it is having trouble with our Samsung sound bar system. Also it is very heavy, definitely use a friend whwn unpacking & setting up.

    I bought the Samsung Q80 75 inch TV and enjoyed it so much that I returned it and upgraded to the 85 inch model a month later . The sound the picture everything is great so I have nothing negative to say about the Samsung Q80 TV 75 inch except beware once you have the 75 inch you might find yourself wanting to upgrade.

    Color is exceptional and love the all over lighting of the screen. Compared to our old Vizio 65" we bought in 2016, this tv is top notch for us. Love the rechargeable remote as well!
