I am amazed at the difference moving from my 2016 LG. I love the new anti-reflective coating, it does an amazing job reducing reflections if you have a lot of natural light in your room. Highly recommend!

This unit outshines our Q60 series by a long shot. The blacks are great and the colors are vibrant. Pairing this unit with the same series sound bar provides an amazing experience.

Has major glare and hasn't started up twice

I bought mainly because of its anti-glare ratings but has a rainbowy-like reflection and my windows appear heavily in background.

We originally bought a another one and the store helped us return it before delivery and buy this one. I like that it sits on a pedestal type base that does not require a particular length tv stand. Easy to set up also.

It makes a huge difference in our sunlight drenched living room. Was a little expensive but will hopefully be our TV for a long time.

Geek squad was great but unfortunately it can take over 30 minutes to chat with them compared to less than 2 minutes whenever I had problems in the past.

Went to the store, bought the tv, with Geek Squad option. They came to our home 2 days later and set everything up. Very pleased with the ease of purchase!

They seemed more interested in installation and less so in helping me navigate through the remotes etc. This part needs work to satisfy the customers.
