Great Tv glad I finally pulled the trigger. Almost bought A Oled but i do habe a brighter living room and glad I went with the neo Qled.

Excellent tv! The color and clarity is amazing, it almost gives you a 3D experience. Needs a sound bar.

I was really excited to get this TV, but after only three weeks a yellow shadow appeared on the screen. Samsung informed me that the entire screen would need to be replaced. Two separate repair appointments were scheduled, and both times I was told on the morning of the appointment that the repair couldn’t be completed as planned, each for different reasons. The customer service experience has been extremely disappointing. You’re expected to clear your schedule and wait for appointments that never happen, and every representative I’ve spoken to has said the most they can do is send me an email with vague updates about when the repair might actually take place. Had I known how poor Samsung’s customer service was, I would have chosen a different brand. Instead, I’m stuck with a brand new TV that doesn’t work properly, and the repair process keeps getting dragged out. The customer service reps I spoke with offered little more than scripted responses, which only added to the frustration. Proceed with caution before buying.

Picture are not realistics. Could be better. Need to do a lot of ajustement to obtaim a godd quality inage

My new TV has an amazing picture quality with bright colors and sharp detail. The sound is surprisingly strong for a built-in system, and streaming apps run super smooth. Overall, it’s a great value and makes movie nights way better

The Neo QLED tv has a great clarity and is decently viewable from angles as well. Able to get a full black screen. I hooked it up to my smartthings hub and it works like a champ. I was able to comfortably mount it on my generic 42 to 90 inch mount without any hassle. The unboxing instructions were quite clear on the packaging and simply following it to set it up worked well. Overall a great buy for our new home.

Having been a samsung user all my life , i also need my t.v to be the same because my phone can be used as a secondary remote. That's if you are charging your chargeable remote (solor and c-type) now I'm not a t.v wizard , I'm not to sure about specs but AI powered, hey bixby can get your t.v to see what the weather is like , i can use my phone as a karaoke mic. Now that is a cool feature from samsungs smart things app. The pic quality is amazing and 120hz for gaming !!!! Along with its own gaming menu giving to info about what you can do to increase your gaming experience. Paring with a good soundbar makes better not sure about the stand alome speakers that are built in but indount they are bad

I like Samsung tv’s. It was a quick easy set up from my older flat screen. Within two weeks, tv looks and works great!

I am thrilled with my new 75 inch Samsung QLED TV, The color and clarity are exceptional even when viewing non 4K television shows and movies, If you are considering a new big screen TV. this is absolutely the one to get, I was able to figure out the small remote in about 15 minutes, I would also recommend the delivery and setup, I did not need a major installation, but the guys stayed and explained all the ins and outs on my new T advice is, My advice is to get you one as soon as you can.

TV worked well, and had numerous picture, audio, and inputs. I did find the optical output port a little loos, and the cable could fall out. Also, I found it difficult to get the most natural skin tones. Picture was bright and dynamic. I had no trouble wall mounting, and making all the connections.

The picture is very good! Unfrotunately, the sound is rather unpleasant, after trying the various sound "controls", it is obvious that the array of electronic audio "options" are very deficient. There simply needs to be a clear, non tinny, true natural voice, speaker system No one expects the 5.1 Super sourround, AI, Atmos,Dolby, ( whatever high end System you choose) to be on board, bu a pleasant audio simply is missing, too bad, very good TV otherwise.
