The picture is very good! Unfrotunately, the sound is rather unpleasant, after trying the various sound "controls", it is obvious that the array of electronic audio "options" are very deficient. There simply needs to be a clear, non tinny, true natural voice, speaker system No one expects the 5.1 Super sourround, AI, Atmos,Dolby, ( whatever high end System you choose) to be on board, bu a pleasant audio simply is missing, too bad, very good TV otherwise.

Love being able to read the movie description from across the living room, (11 feet) and the picture is so clear it makes some scenes look incredible.

Looks amazing, great color and size is perfect for a big living room.

Fantastic picture quality. Minimal glare from windows. Sound quality is pretty good but we use a sound system instead. Brightness differs dependent on which image setting you have it in; which will depend on your room brightness.

Tv definitely worth the price, graphics, audio, all of it is great! Very satisfied with our Samsung. Paired it with a Samsung sound bar and it definitely helps amplify the audio ever more. Have my own movie theatre at home’

A few issues but best bit is replacing it under the manufacturer warranty!

Recently purchased - it was a huge upgrade from the old 55' we had. Great picture quality and fantastic size. Good, but not great, glare protection and the factory settings take a bit to get right- otherwise, full recommend

The Neo QLED tv has a great clarity and is decently viewable from angles as well. Able to get a full black screen. I hooked it up to my smartthings hub and it works like a champ. I was able to comfortably mount it on my generic 42 to 90 inch mount without any hassle. The unboxing instructions were quite clear on the packaging and simply following it to set it up worked well. Overall a great buy for our new home.

My new TV has an amazing picture quality with bright colors and sharp detail. The sound is surprisingly strong for a built-in system, and streaming apps run super smooth. Overall, it’s a great value and makes movie nights way better

This TV is everything you need in a TV. Great size, great picture, and can do so many more things. Can directly access most apps like Netflix, Hulu, etc. Was $600 off when I made my purchase and I have 0 regrets!

This TV is crisp and value for money. AI upscaling is excellent. If I'm using fire tv with it, quality is mediocre. So now I have connected all my apps in the TV to make use of upscaling!

Got this TV at Black Friday and just got installed a week ago. The picture is super clear just like it was in store. Would definitely buy this one again.
