    First set had a problem after 2 days. The set was total inop. The control box mounted on the back power cord has no strain relief. It hangs on control box. The connector broke and no power to set. This is a design error with Samsung. New set I recommend to attach a tywrap to support the power cable at its entry point of the control box. New set is working fine. Samsung needs to incorporate a design fix. It control box is not hung than no problem.

    We love this TV. The picture is amazing. Samsung makes a great product and this does not disappoint. We added a Samsung sound bar and it made all the difference.

    So far not happy. Purchased in March stopped working July ,less then five months. Called Best buy they directed me to Samsung. Sad set up a repair service but no when I called out of business. Set up another couldn't get parts . Now Samsung is attempting to set up an in store credit with Best buy for another tv. We will see. It's taking a long time so far almost two weeks.

    I bought my first TV, 19" Philco in 1953. I have owned more than a few. Nothing comes within a country mile to this marvel! Just pick your favorite adjectives of praise and insert here! Great contrast! This TV is in a room with strong ambient light , and the picture is suburb.

    The TV and Besy Buy are the absolute WORST. The TV keeps going black and picture goes out but sound is still available. I purchase Geek Squad protection. The first time they came to my house, they replaced the board. Issue persisted and they came to my house a second time. Upon their arrival they informed me that all high end TVs do this, switched the HDMI port and left. Best Buy has the WORST customer service, I would steer away from both Best Buy and Samsung!

    I've had it for maybe 6 weeks, and it's not working anymore. At least, I bought the extra coverage so Best Buy is taking care of it for me.

    Complete Nightmare

    The first one I received was literally cracked open. Best Buy sent a replacement unit - and now 2 weeks later, the current unit makes electrical popping sounds 24/7, unless I unplug it from the wall. I called Best Buy for hours tonight to get a replacement and was ultimately told to 'call back later.'

    I always been a Samsung TV fan, I do my research first then go in person and see what looks better, I was leaning toward the 900 series, but I was not sold it matters in personal preference the 800 was mine.

    The quality of this TV is terrible, 2 times repairs and I have to do it again. The common failure is horizontal lines on the screen, which are pretty common, don´t buy it.
