The guys were very pleasant, worked together very well. The TV is beautiful, color saturation and sharpness is amazing. With my sound bar it is awesome, I would highly recommend this TV.

Just an average person looking for a good TV for a bright room. This one fit the bill and I have no complaints about anything. I like the Samsung interface and find it reasonably intuitive. Can't comment on the sound quality as I use a sound bar.

The only thing I don't like is the user interface. There are some features that are a bit of a pain (like when it automatically turns on the Blu-Ray player every time the TV turns on) and the layout could be better.

I don't know what I would do without those three! Ashley spent much time on the phone with me trying to find me the best suitable refrigerator. Connecting it with Samsung 700A sound bar is a breeze. However, there’s a sync issues. You have to put the audio output to PCM or Passive and NOT, again, NOT Automatic Digital audio because it will drive you nuts adjusting the Sync issues.

Thank you for choosing Samsung's QN85A TV and for your review. We appreciate your feedback regarding lip sync issues when connecting a Samsung Soundbar. Please be sure your firmware is up to date with version 1805.4 which includes updates to address lip sync or audio delays that you are experiencing. You can check this by going to: Settings > Support > Software Update.
Please also ensure your HW-Q700A Soundbar is running the latest firmware version as well.

This TV replaced a 6 year old Vizio M series which was beginning to fail. The features and the performance of the QN85A Neo is eons ahead of the old TV. The setup was a breeze and we love it.

There was a lip sync problem when it was installed, but the guy took my Charter remote, pushed the right buttons (he knew which ones) and all is well
