New Style Remote and Lack of Recharging Cord

I can not figure it out, and they left out some really important commonly used buttons, like MENU. There are no instructions for a website to go to to learn how to use it. Luckily, my remote from my old Samsung TV works on the new TV, and I am able to navigate around with that. Also, the TV came with the contrast and brightness turned all the way up, and the picture looked very strange. I couldn't navigate to the menu to turn them to normal with the new remote, but I did it with my old one. I couldn't get it out of split-screen mode with the new one, but I could with my old one. There are no instructions on how to charge the new solar powered remote. There is a weird plug, but no cord comes with it, and the room the TV is in is usually pretty dark.

Wish it had a screen that did not reflect objects in the room. Also, would be better with a sound bar since TV speakers are not as loud as I like. Otherwise, loving this TV.

Thank you for purchasing the QN85A TV and for sharing your feedback regarding the sound quality. There are several features you can enable/disable/adjust to your liking.
Go to Home > Settings > General > Intelligent Mode Settings. Turn the options on or off to meet your needs:
- Active Voice Amplifier is available only when the sound sensor of the TV is active and the sound output is set to TV Speaker, or a Samsung Soundbar interlinked with Adaptive Picture is connected.
- Adaptive Sound+ provides optimized sound quality by analyzing the viewing space and the acoustic components of the content
- Adaptive Volume Automatically adjusts to a specific volume level while you are watching TV.
Several Sound Modes are likewise available to meet your personal preferences: Home > Settings > Sound > Sound Mode
You can also customize sound with Expert Settings.

I ended up buying a 2nd one for another living space in our home.

I had to help him with the install. They should have sent 2 people to in install a 75in tv. I paid for the install.

Sports, including football and golf, look stunning. The on board sound is fine but I have mine paired with a sound bar. Would buy again.

75" TV on the wall installation

We used the hide wire install and he left no mess and di a great job of installation.

4K Samsung Fails

Almost appears as though a dark fog appears over over the screen and the pictures pixelates as lightness changes to darkness.

Please be sure your firmware is up to date with version 1560.5 which includes updates to address lip sync or audio delays that you are experiencing. You can check this by going to: Settings > Support > Software Update.
If this firmware version is not yet available on your TV, you can download the update on a USB drive and manually update your TV:
1. On Samsung's website (upper right corner), go to: Support > Manuals & Software > Find your TV model.
2. Download the update and extract it to the root of a USB thumb drive. (Do not put it in any folders on the thumb drive.)
3. Connect the USB thumb drive to a USB port on your TV.
4. Navigate to Settings > Support > Software Update, select Update Now, and then select Yes.
5. Follow the on-screen instructions to install the updated software.
