Not reliable TV

Stop working and I have been trying to get Samsung Authrized Technicion comes to look at it and repair it but not luck.I won’t buy any Samsung TV in future

It was not the Geeks but rather a farmed out install. In addition, I was not even given a manual. I’ve bought at least 6 TVs from Best Buy over the years but this may be my last.

Not Worth It

Most channels do not even support Ultra High Def 4K yet. Not the quality displayed in the store. I would have returned it but I had a stroke and was unable to.

Thank you for your review of Samsung's QN85A TV. Please know your new TV features 4K AI Upscaling, and the TV will upscale as best as possible any content sent to it.
In addition, the quality of the image on your screen depends on the source and the connection.
HDMI cables are recommended for optimal HD viewing; and when possible, 4K content will provide the best picture quality. The closer the signal is to 4K, the better it will look coming out.
The quality of the streaming content depends largely on the speed of your internet, as most content providers have adaptive streaming that will automatically adjust the image quality based on the network bandwidth.

Great picture not built to last

Poor experience

I purchased the Samsung neo QLED85 75inch. Over the weekend I noticed a light spot on the television. Went in to talk about replacing in with the same tv I purchased. They said there are no more in stock and no other stores had either, and said that model will not be coming back. So my thought was I would be give the next best one that they have. Which was the NEO QLED90. Come to find out that I am the one who has to pay the difference of the move up around $700 more that I wanted to pay. Well I did pay the extra because I did not want to take a step down to a lesser model. I just think your company should take the hit not the customer. Not sure I will shop here anymore. And I buy a lot from here.

Temporary set back.

Buy a Sony!

I never expected that the remote control would be such an issue. It is a small, totally black devise measuring approximately 1.5” x 6.5”. There is no lighting so it is impossible to see the buttons at night. Plus, it requires solar charging. Overall, the tv is a huge disappointment. For my uses, it also requires a sound bar. I miss my old Sony! I’ll never buy another Samsung!

Great TV
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After looking at several 75 in TVs I settled on this one and have not been disappointed. Setup out of the box was pretty straight forward and went well. I previously had a plasma TV and the quality of this image beats that hands down. Sharp picture with great contrast. I really love the auto brightness which matches the image brightness to the scene and the room. Contrast is great and fast moving action is blur-free. This is my first smart TV an I am still learning all the features but great to have so many viewing options. If I have any complaint it is the computer to TV link. You could use an HDMI connection but that would mean having a cable between the two. Samsung has a solution though it is a bit clunky. You have to log into your Samsung account on both the TV and the computer then they will connect. This makes your internet do double duty and can be a little slow if you don't have a good internet connection. That said, if I had to do it all over again, this is what I would chose.
