    Not always in focus and faces are often too red otherwise it seems pretty good. Picture is too bright for a dark room. The purchasing experience from best buy was 1 star. Delivery issues had me driving to best buy and having to purchase another one justso i could take it home without waiting another week.

      If the picture you’re seeing is still not to your liking after updating firmware, there are several picture settings you may want to try adjusting.

      Go to Home > Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode
      ...and select the mode that best fits your usage:
      1) Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments.
      2) Movie: Is suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room.
      3) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments.
      4) Filmmaker Mode: You can watch the source content (e.g., movie) as it is. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it will automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.

    Great TV - we hope! Best Buy was terrific when the same Samsung model died when less than a year old. Store Manager Kim and her faithful sidekick Rachel were so very helpful.

    Not the quality expected from Samsung. Do not buy this TV, quality of picture is not impressive and auto sensors are worthless. For tolerable quality of picture, I ended up doing custom calibration through SmartThings app.
