Fantastic picture on this tv. I don't know how the human eye can detect anything that might be better. Numerous settings to get it just right for each individuals preference. The reason for only two stars is the Tizen operating system and how Samsung has nerfed it. When we first fired up the tv it had an app icon where you could go to and add or uninstall apps from the tv. Well, one software update later and that icon is gone and there is NO way to uninstall apps. Yes you can delete them from the screen but that does not uninstall them. To install an app you have to search for it and it will only show up if it is a Samsung approved app. Some apps we had on our older Samsung we couldn't find to install on the Tizen. It's actually bad enough that we have been thinking of getting rid of the tv and getting a different brand. I do not recommend the new Samsung tv's since Samsung is nerfing them. Go with something you can install the apps you want and not what the manufacturer limits you to.

Love that I can go directly to streaming after turning TV on without having to hit “Source” with remote. Most important feature…it’s a Samsung TV !!!

Great TV and Geek Squad was ver helpful for mounting and set up.

On two separate occasions Dan at the Gainesville store has been an amazing help guiding us to the write equipment. I've now bout two laptops, two TVs (75" and 42") and multiple accessories and paraphernalia. He saw to it that we upgraded our membership and is the reason I always shop at that store.

Depending on the content, this TV is either outstanding or below average. In general the 2017 Samsung 4k LED it replaced was better. I've tweaked the expert settings and have the Standard and Filmmaker mode looking the best. On streaming content it can be great. Switch it to local news and it suddenly looks horrible. You almost have to tweak it each time you change the channel or source. Has super trouble with red. Tried watching a UFL game on Fox and red pants look like bright red homogeneous color blobs. No detail. The other problem is faces looking muddy unless you move the contrast and brightness way up. In general my 2017 TV was consistent across the board no matter the source. Thinking of returning it and then I see a movie and it's really good.

Overall the process was excellent. The reason for the lack of 5 stars was that once we had the screen up we found out that it had a cracked screen. Having had 3 people to hang the set and not having the same around for the replacement TV we were forced to have the Geek Squad do the install for an additional $ 250. However all went well and we love the communication and service.

Very nice TV. Last one I had I bought in 2013 and it still works, It just is dim at the top. So I went with Samsung again. NOTE: Don't expect to use the speaker and expect great things. Very Basic. You will need to buy a sound bar. That is my only complaint.
