      Thank you for sharing your experience with volume fluctuations. Please try the following which may help resolve this:

      1. Turn off the Sound Sensor switch by using the button at the bottom of the TV, beneath the Samsung logo. With the TV on, you can push the button to the left to turn the sound sensor on or to the right to turn it off.
      2. Try disabling some of the TV's intelligent functions, as these will automatically analyze and adjust your sound which may cause your volume to fluctuate. Go to Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Intelligent Mode Settings and select Intelligent Mode to turn off all the functions or select each option to turn it off.
      3. Please also make sure your TV’s firmware is updated. You can check this by going to: Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.

    My review is not associated with the TV. It is associated with the customer service or lack of by Best Buy. I try to shop local to support businesses within our community, and with the belief that doing so, I will have a business and people that will work for me. I purchased this TV and less than three weeks later the sound quit working. I called Best Buy, they said that they could not help, that I needed to call the Manufacturer. I looked at the fine print and yes, I had missed the return window by 48 hours. I had owned the TV less than three weeks. Best Buy said “Not My Problem”. You can get a TV anywhere, I purchased mine from my Local Best Buy thinking it was an advantage… it was not, I have received better service from Amazon. Buyer Beware, there is no advantage to buying from Best Buy. Shout out to the Manufacturer they were responsive and helped me to resolve the issue. My guess is that if Best Buy actually cared, they could have done the same, but because they had the protection of 48 hours, they did not care. Which means they do not care!!

    Less than two weeks after purchase, picture would not come on even though the unit had sound. After 15-30 minutes the picture would come on but get periodic flashes. Samsung sending someone out to replace some parts. Sounds like they know exactly what the issue is within seeing the unit.

    Poor service and policy when buying from Best Buy

    I don't know why Best Buy is sending me this review when I haven’t even received the TV, I bought it April 24 and today is May 9 and now Best Buy said they don't have it.

    TV Setup

    Got this TV for Christmas, Overall this is a great TV with a fantastic picture. I gave it only 4 starts because I couldn't connect my NAS drive to it. After several frustrating hours of research and experimentation I removed the double quote symbol from the TV name and it started working. Other than that this is a great TV. Samsung needs to better test their product and/or list issues so we don't have to troubleshoot something like this.

    Bought this to replace a 12 year old 4K UHD curved Samsung TV also bought at Best Buy because my old TV had white spots on the screen already. At first i was disappointed with how it looked at it was datk, but after playing with the video setting's, i finally got the colors to pop!! Hope this Neo QLED lasts me at least 15 years!! Excited to watch Streaming apps again with my new 75 inch toy!!
