The Geek Squad came out and set the TV up but advised all they were responsible for was to make sure it powered up and then left. I have tried to adjust the picture settings myself but it keeps getting worse. I paid $1,200 for this TV and it needs to be brilliant and not mediocre. Waiting on Geek Squad to come back out for a second time, this time for a programing visit. Should have been part of the first visit. Not happy so far.

I don't know how the human eye can detect anything that might be better. Numerous settings to get it just right for each individuals preference. The reason for only two stars is the Tizen operating system and how Samsung has nerfed it. When we first fired up the tv it had an app icon where you could go to and add or uninstall apps from the tv. Well, one software update later and that icon is gone and there is NO way to uninstall apps. Yes you can delete them from the screen but that does not uninstall them. To install an app you have to search for it and it will only show up if it is a Samsung approved app. Some apps we had on our older Samsung we couldn't find to install on the Tizen. It's actually bad enough that we have been thinking of getting rid of the tv and getting a different brand. I do not recommend the new Samsung tv's since Samsung is nerfing them. Go with something you can install the apps you want and not what the manufacturer limits you to.

Thank you for sharing your experience. Please know that you can customize your Home screen by installing, removing or adding your favorite apps to the Home screen. Here's how:
Downloading Apps
1. From the Home screen, press left on the remote.
2. Navigate to and select Search.
3. Using the search bar, enter the content or app you’d like to find.
4. Navigate to and select the app you’d like to install, then select Install.
Note: Previously installed apps can be accessed by selecting Apps on the Home screen.
Adding & Managing Apps on Home Screen
1. Go to App Settings (these can be found at the bottom of the Apps screen). The following options will be available:
a. Add to Home: Move the app to your desired location on the Home screen.
b. Lock: Lock the app with a PIN so only you can use it. When the app is selected again, you will be prompted to enter the PIN to unlock it.
c. Move: Move the app to another location
d. Reinstall: Reinstall the app.
e. View Details: View the app’s information and details.

Had to move it myself since the guys said it wouldn’t fit in the basement lol it did fit just fine

I've now bout two laptops, two TVs (75" and 42") and multiple accessories and paraphernalia. He saw to it that we upgraded our membership and is the reason I always shop at that store.
