Samsungs last chance.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We purchased this TV when our 65" Samsung 4K went bad after 5 years ( planned obsolescence? ) We spent a little more on this TV then I expected in hopes that this one would last longer. The picture is very good and the TV is as smart as they come. This is Samsungs last chance if this one goes bad I'll be buying a different brand.

I gave it only 4 starts because I couldn't connect my NAS drive to it. After several frustrating hours of research and experimentation I removed the double quote symbol from the TV name and it started working. Other than that this is a great TV. Samsung needs to better test their product and/or list issues so we don't have to troubleshoot something like this.

At first i was disappointed with how it looked at it was datk, but after playing with the video setting's, i finally got the colors to pop!! Hope this Neo QLED lasts me at least 15 years!! Excited to watch Streaming apps again with my new 75 inch toy!!
