    Cant review the product because I camcled thos purchase due to complete and utter disrespect by the srore manager. She 100% discriminated against me soley by my appearance. I wear pajama bottoms and t-shirts for comfort and due to anrecent liver transplat surgery. I have spent over $10,000 in this location over the last 5 years and she treated me like a bum.

    TV=4 stars.....Best Buy/Citi Bank Best Buy card and customer service.... negative 5 stars! I purchased this TV in Dec 2024, price dropped and I processed a price match but it was never put on my card account. I have spoken to and followed up at least 4 times with both Best Buy and Citi. Each time being told they see the price match and are sorry it has not been applied. Now 4/8/2025 and being told I am it is too late to process a price match?? I already did and have spent numerous hours on the phone with them. Terrible, horrible service. RUN to anywhere else but Best Buy!

    Poor Quality

    Very disappointed in this television. The picture on many live broadcast shows, and almost all recorded shows, is herky-jerky like the show was recorded in stop motion. In addition, the picture is often a bit fuzzy. I replaced a 6-year old Samsung that I liked after it died. This model is just not good. I would not recommend this television.

      We appreciate your thoughts on the picture quality of Samsung’s QN90D TV. If the image you’re seeing isn’t to your liking, there are several picture settings you may want to adjust.

      Go to Home > left direction button > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode
      ...and select the mode that best fits your usage:
      1. Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments
      2. Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments
      3. Eco: Provided to save energy
      4. Movie: Suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room
      5. Filmmaker Mode: Provides source content just as the creators intended. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it’ll automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.

      You can also fine-tune your picture with expert settings such as brightness, contrast, sharpness and more (All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings).

    Purchased this TV as an Open Box Certified "Excellent" device. Unfortunately the remote control was not included even though Excellent rated devices are advertised to include all manufacturer parts. Best Buy support indicated the only options are to purchase a new remote or return the TV. Cannot believe the organization does not provide what they sold.

    The stand for this tv is impossible to get on. We think it is defective and may have to order a new stand. Plus they were a week late in delivering it!

    Paid premium price for this t.v. and it has a serious glare problem. When I questioned you I was told it was too late to do anything. This is really a rip off.

    I am very pleased with this Samsung 75 inch TV. The picture quality is awesome and it fits perfectly in my living room and was great to watch the Superbowl on. Just what I needed. The techs that set everything up top notch I must say.

    Mounted this TV and it has an amazing picture. Plenty of options available through the either WiFi or wired connection. No more Samsung connection box which is a big plus. Only trouble I have is turning it off.
