    I really wanted this to work. I had poor viewing angles and blacks were inconsistent. I returned it.

    Your "TELEVISION DELIVERY SERVICE SUCKS". Whenever we have made a purchase (October 2025 and February 2021, create our delivery date, there has been cancellations at no fault of our own. For the February 2021 purchase we waited an entire month for the TV to be delivered. For the recent purchase, the first delivery date of November 1st was cancelled because one of the drivers was not well. On the 2nd date for delivery we received an email that the time was changed. We decided to verify that the delivery was going to happen only to see that there was "NO DELIVERY" on file. We called Bestbuy and all the rep could do was give us another date, that was unacceptable. We cancelled the order and we will do business elsewhere. If your company does NOT MAKE SATURDAY DELIVERIES, WHY NOT TELL YOUR CUSTOMER. The second complaint is there are no phone calls or notes of cancelation. We will also leave this review with other social media outlets you are found are. Shame on you.

    Delivery sucks

    Well I can’t actually rate the tv at this point since my delivery and installation has been rescheduled 3 times now! This whole experience has been the worst experience I have ever had with BestBuy in the many years I have purchased items from them. At this time I cannot recommend the tv or Best Buy. It’s been two months since my original purchase and I still haven’t received my tv.

      We appreciate your input on the picture quality of Samsung’s QN90F TV. If the image isn’t meeting your expectations, there are several adjustments you can make to improve your viewing experience.

      First, please ensure your TV is running the latest firmware, as updates may include important picture quality enhancements. Go to: Home > Left directional button > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now

      Then, select a Picture Mode that best fits your environment: Home > Home > left directional key > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode
      1. Standard – Default mode for general viewing
      2. Dynamic – Brighter and clearer in well-lit rooms
      3. Eco – Optimized for energy saving
      4. Movie – Best for watching in dark environments
      5. Filmmaker Mode – Preserves content exactly as intended by creators

      You can also enhance your experience by enabling AI Mode, which automatically adjusts picture and sound based on your surroundings and usage patterns: Settings > All Settings > Advanced Features > AI Mode Settings > AI Mode

    I have no review. My purchase made on September 4, 2025 is still sitting in your warehouse. After we made the purchase we were told that the first installation date the Geek Squad had was September 24th. How's that for a review !

    Fantastic Color and Sound, very light.

    Exceptional color, contrast and glare protection. Sound is great. Very easy to load my apps and get to content from main page. Installers were Excellent in wall mounting this. Easy and no mess and efficient, paid for tutorial which helped. Did some research and hit pre super bowl sale.

    We are very happy with the quality of the product. We bought it primarily to eliminate the glare on screen from sunlight in our great room and it works great. The picture quality is also excellent.

    Live the upgrade.

    Moving up from a 65" Samsung that we purchased up to a 75" was a great idea. Technology moves so fast that a 5 year old TV replacement is a huge upgrade. The better TV even unlocked unused features in my existing sound bar.

    Quick and easy delivery, and the TV came well packaged. The anti-glare feature is working well, and I am very happy with the TV's quality and performance. While the Q-symphony sound is okay, it sometimes sounds a bit odd, and due to the anti-glare, the picture is not sharp but rather dull.

    Set up was very easy and are planning on mounting the TV in the future. The screen has been a much needed addition with our room and the light that comes through. We have practically no glare like we did with our old TV.

    Beautiful..!♡! My wife and I made a GREAT decision after a lot of research to buy THIS NEO QLED TV with the Gen 3 processor instead of the OLED. We feel confident to have future upgrades in technology to be utilized with this unit.
