Dissapointed: Powers on Randomly, known issue

Love how closely the television sits against the wall. Great for gaming. BUT, the TV turns itself on at random moments when using the Art Mode which is why anyone wants this TV in the first place. Apparently this is an issue Samsung is well aware of. My TV will turn on and switch to Samsung Plus TV or HDMI 1 (which also turns my XBox on) in the middle of the night. EVERY NIGHT. Customer service tech support could not offer any solution other than to say a future firmware update will solve this issue. Guess what? Firmware update has come and gone and the problem persists. There are whole discussion threads on popular messaging platforms devoted to issue. DO NOT BUY UNTIL YOURE SURE PROBLEM HAS BEEN FIXED BY SAMSUNG

We appreciate you sharing your experience. If your Frame TV automatically turns on when left in Art Mode, it may be due to the SmartThings app, as your TV may still communicate with the SmartThings server even if the TV has been turned off. While this issue will be corrected with an upcoming firmware update, you can prevent this issue by temporarily removing the TV from the SmartThings app on your connected phone.
1. On your connected phone, navigate to and open the SmartThings app.
2. Tap the Devices tab, then tap the Home icon, and then select the location with your TV. Swipe through the rooms to find your TV, and then touch and hold your TV.
3. Tap Edit, and then tap Remove device. Tap Remove to confirm.
4. Please make sure you have Auto Updates enabled: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update. When the upcoming firmware update is available and installed on your TV, you can re-add your TV to the SmartThings app.

While we haven't received it yet, we've seen it on display in a number of architect designed homes on house tours, and they look fabulous!

This can happen two or three times, and not recur. Is this a flaw in the TV? Can you elimi9nate this ?
