Beeping noise from 75 inch frame TV

After spending 3500 on tv with protection plan and another 2500 on sonos ultimate setup. They concluded the high pitch beeping noise coming from the tv is normal. I'm past the return window. Just search internet "high pitch beeping noise from frame tv" and it'll explain in full detail. Its under the samsung community or reddit link. Can't believe they don't have a fix yet. What's the point of dolby atmos and then have this noise? Other than that tv is great and I'll change rating if they fix with an update.

Thank you for your review. If you're hearing a chiming sound, this is likely the Tap View feature which gives you the option to use the screen mirroring features between your smart phone and TV. This feature can be disabled from the SmartThings App Settings on your phone.
Also, please check that your TV has the latest firmware update. To update directly from your TV, press the HOME button on your remote and go to Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now
Your TV will check for the update and should start downloading the update. After the update is installed, the TV will shut down and restart. Once the TV restarts, press and hold the Power button until the TV turns off and back on.

Art TV

Got it home and it was cracked across the screen. Brought it back the next day and got a new one delivered. This is the best TV I’ve owned. Well worth the wait.

I love that it turns into picture mode when turned off. Especially loved that the total tech coverage provide free installation. They were in and out in an hour.

Slim and Smart

The only downsides are that it is a bit slow on the home menu screen and sometimes the art feature does not work properly, but I have only had to restart the TV once in the two months I've had it and that has solved the issue.

I recommend ensuring that you are running the latest Firmware. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update.
Next, if Art Mode has issues again, please follow the below steps:
1. While the TV is stuck in Art Mode, unplug the TV power cord at the wall, wait 10 seconds, then plug it back in.
2. When the TV is on again, confirm that it is in Art Mode and leave the TV operating for 10 minutes. The TV will download the new version of the Art Home in the background (there will be no on-screen indication that this is happening).
3. Unplug the TV at the wall, wait 10 seconds, then plug back in.
4. The TV will now revert to the new version of the Art Home and the issue should now be resolved.
