Best of both worlds

Functions well the TV we needed but we prefer to display artwork with this TV. The art setting is incredibly realistic and the gallery includes thousands of paintings that can be changed at any time. I really couldn’t be more happy with the purchase.

Disappointed

I've tried resting the picture, factory reset, etc but the spots are still there.

Picture Test displays a high-definition picture you can examine for flaws or faults. Go to Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test

Amazing TV/Art Frame

Absolute garbage

The remote is trash. Good luck with samsung customer service who you would think has everyone on their first day on the job. $3k for a tv with a 1 yr warranty that has major issues every few weeks. It's about to go in the trash.

Tv turned off randomly one day and the tv box began emitting a a constant clicking sound. An incredibly expensive tv and so disappointing that it couldn’t even last a whole year.

Let down

Love My Frame TV

Previously owned one and was able to transfer all of my info over seamlessly with the log in info. Movie night has never been better and if we opt for an afternoon movie on a school night with the kids, the anti glare is a blessing in a well lit room like ours.
