I would expect it to be fully functional, since it cost 2 grand. Not worth it to return it.

Good TV review - but not a new tv...

What I am NOT happy about is that I think that this was an open box item but not sold as open box. This TV was either refurbished or an open box item as a different user had associated their account to the apps on the TV. I would give the tv 5 stars and Best Buy 2. I would recommend the TV but not Best Buy.

Color are true and accurate for this size tv you will need a soundbar or good sound system to enjoy this tv...
