The customer service was a waste of an hour. This was after multiple hours of resets and updates. So now I have a Roku plugged into it which surprisingly is faster and easier to use. Why is a $40 Roku so much better?! Other than they're foray into software and the sound being a little weird TV's great.

What a difference this updated entertainment technology makes to the day to day viewer . This is a great investment in something I use each and everyday. .

The pictures are bright and pleasant to look; but they aren’t real. Having said that one particular issue with this TV is the remote control. Either it doesn’t respond or if it does, skips keys . App constantly crashes as well.

I was really happy with the black tones and how bright the image looks. The first one I received had a bent screen. I returned it and was given a new one with no issues. I would really recommend this TV for anyone looking to get into the OLED seen.
