I won’t work 3 hours after the geek squad left from installing.

The picture died 3 days after the Geek squad installed. I'm Total Tech and it was a NIGHTMARE to return. 1st appointment refused to remove from wall. took 4 weeks to get returned.

TV installed for about 2 months and no picture just sound. Takes over a week for Samsung tech to look at TV

For the bargain price that this TV was, there was no competition. It's upscaling for lower bitrate content isn't as great as Sony or LG, but the 77 OLED has quantum dot colors and a beautiful image. Games and high bitrate content look fantastic, highly recommend.

I was originally interested in the QN77S90C but then saw the S89C on sale and bought it. I compared the pixel layouts on both and found that this was, in fact, a QD-OLED panel. The picture quality is simply amazing! I placed it next to the 60" Samsung LED tv that it's replacing and there was simply no comparison. The color depth, brightness, and contrast are fantastic! I'm still working to set up the picture to my liking (factory settings crush the blacks a bit) but I have seen where this can be tuned with the incredible number of adjustments available to the user. Also, it has Vivid, Standard, Eco, Movie, and Filmmaker modes (just like the S90C). Here's the interesting part - I added it to my home network and it showed up with 'S90C' in its default name. That says to me that the TV software is very similar (if not identical) to the S90C. Very pleased with this purchase!!!

I am assuming that I bought a TV, Mount and Installation, but I haven't seen ANYTHING!

We've had the TV for only a week but the picture is absolutely amazing. The color is very vibrant. There were no issues with the inboxing. We mounted the unit on the wall and it was pretty straight forward. The sound is fine for me but my husband thinks we should add a sound bar.

Was in the market for a larger screen tv. Did my research and read the reviews but you can't make a decision based solely on that either. We stopped by Best buy Saturday to see the tv's in person. After speaking with the sales person we reviewed a few options. The choice was clear. This tv out shines most others. I paid a bit more then I wanted to but but it was on sale for more then half off. You will need a good size truck to bring this tv home LOL. The box is huge. The tv is very well packed and unlike most other things in life the tv come out easily. The tv was a bit more heavy then I thought but not bad. Samsung did a great job with setup, it walks you through step by step to get the best picture and sound. I was AMAZED at the outcome. I'm glad i spent a bit more and purchased this tv.

The Samsung S89C is by far thee very best TV I've had the privilege of owning and I own LG CX & LG C1. This big bright beauty has been a DREAM to game on! PC & PS5 look & feel absolutely PHENOMENAL! Including 4K @144hz on all four HDMI ports & Game Motion Plus VRR ect. Game Mode is TRULY MIND BLOWING! The BEST GAMING TV on the market! I can go on & on about how AMAZING this TV is. No other TV can match it at this low price point. It's been a GREAT investment and the whole family has been having a BLAST enjoying this TV and YOU WILL TOO!

It's a beautiful TV with excellent picture quality. Very happy with this purchase and I'm glad I did it through Best Buy because the S89C was a great deal compared to the equivalent S90C.

Amazing TV for a great price. Bought this for my parents who have lots of windows in their room and the brightness and picture quality is superb.

Picture quality is fantastic. Blacks are so black that I have thought at times the TV had shut down, when it was still on. Can't think of anything detrimental to this review, as I am happy with my purchase.

I am very pleased with my purchase of the Samsung S89C 77" OLED TV. The picture is amazing and the colors pretty true to life with a bit of tweaking. The sound isn't bad for everyday TV and added a soundbar for movies. So glad we went this big - amazing resolution even up close. Bought an open box for $1685 so really feel like I scored:) A few minor glitchy issues of compatibility with Spectrum service, but manageable. Buy it!! Spanky Jo

Great choice for my living room- extremely happy with the 77” TV - color and clarity are amazing

Magnificent color and contrast. Easy setup. Smart TV features work perfectly. Onboard speaker is not quite up to the par of the display, but it's limited size to fit in the TV chassis is the reason, I'm sure. It's not a failing of the TV as much as a necessity of fitting everything in such a slim space. We've connected the TV to an external sound system, which complements it well. We're very happy with this purchase.
