The sales rep was very knowledgeable. His expertise helped us be decisive and confident of the product choices we made. Amazing black clarity in shows or movies. Paired with killer surround system makes for a fantastic experience for movies or your favorite sports.

Big draw back is that the TV just stopped working less than a year in wouldn’t turn on. Not sure if this is a Samsung TV issue or I just purchased a faulty TV.
